Chef Milton Ferreira
"My cuisine is a fusion of tradition and innovation, where each dish reflects the identity of the Douro region with simplicity, flavour and authenticity."
Milton Ferreira was born in Lisbon and raised in the Douro. He discovered his passion for cooking at the age of 15 and graduated from the Lamego School of Hospitality and Tourism. His career has taken him to prestigious kitchens in Spain, Canada, Brazil, Hong Kong, and Portugal. The Chef combines his Trás-os-Montes roots with international influences, creating sensory memories through his cuisine.
The traditional flavours and memories of family meals in the Douro inspire Chef Milton Ferreira, who recreates these experiences in dishes made with the finest local ingredients.
